GameVida is a mobile application for creating personal memory albums, organizing photos and short videos, making graphics, and optionally sharing content through apps selected by the user. This policy describes the current pre-release Android application, not features that may be added in the future.
You may enter album names, names of people, sports or group details, seasons, captions, social-media handles, and other descriptions. You may select photos and videos from your device to add to albums. These can include information about children if you choose to enter it. Please do not add sensitive or children's content to the current test version.
The current app stores album records and imported media locally on your device. It does not currently offer accounts, server-side storage, cloud backup, or cross-device synchronization. Content can be lost if the app is deleted or device storage is cleared. GameVida does not currently operate a remote account database for this content.
GameVida requests access to media you select so it can import photos and videos. Saving graphics may require access to your device's media-saving capabilities. Permission choices can be managed in device settings.
Sharing is optional and user-initiated. When you use your device's share menu, the content or caption you select is passed to the destination application or service you choose. That third party's privacy practices then apply. GameVida does not automatically publish posts, send messages to coaches, or notify social accounts. Mentions are prepared as caption text; clickable tags depend on the destination platform.
Subscriptions and in-app billing are not active in the current test version. No payment details are collected by GameVida in this version. If subscriptions are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain relevant payment and account data before the feature is made available.
The current test version has no verified parental consent, age verification, or account-based access controls. It is not intended for children to use independently, and should not be used to store real children's photos or sensitive information until appropriate safeguards are implemented. No public profiles or in-app social feed are offered.
Album data and imported media remain on your device unless removed through available app/device controls. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may permanently remove locally stored content. Content shared to other apps must be managed under those apps' policies.
GameVida does not currently provide sign-in, remote backup, or verified access controls. Device security and operating-system protections apply, but no system can guarantee complete security. Do not use this test build for sensitive information.
We may revise this policy when functionality changes, including if we add cloud storage, analytics, subscriptions, or accounts. The effective date above will be updated.
